At Rix & Co. we make every endeavour to ensure your course runs smoothly - whilst we appreciate circumstances change, we do have to implement a strict cancellation policy which is fair to both our valued clients and to our business.

 

We kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 4 weeks before your course goes ahead.  If situations change and you are unable to give this period of notice a cancellation fee of will apply, up to 4 weeks prior a 100% refund can be obtained, up to 2 weeks prior to the course a 50% refund will be issued and less than 2 weeks before 0% will be refunded. You are very welcome to transfer your course to a friends or family for the booked date.
